Terms and Conditions of Business

These terms and conditions govern the commercial cleaning services provided by CamClean to the Client. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following professional standards and legal obligations.

1. Provision of Services

CamClean agrees to provide commercial cleaning services as specified in the service agreement or formal quote. We will perform these services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with UK industry standards. The Client must provide access to the premises at the agreed times and ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

2. Estimates and Quotations

All quotes are based on the information provided by the Client and a site survey where applicable. If the condition of the premises is found to be significantly different from the initial description, we reserve the right to amend the price. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued on a monthly basis or upon completion of one off specialist cleans. Payment is due within fourteen days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998. Continuous non payment may lead to the immediate suspension of cleaning services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For regular contract cleaning, either party may terminate the agreement by providing the notice period specified in the service contract. For one off or specialist cleans, we require at least forty eight hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to grant site access at the agreed time will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled clean.

5. Staff Solicitation

The Client agrees not to directly or indirectly engage, employ, or contract any member of CamClean staff during the term of the agreement and for a period of six months following its termination. If the Client breaches this clause, a recruitment fee equivalent to six months of the annual contract value will be payable immediately.

6. Liability and Insurance

CamClean maintains comprehensive Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by existing defects, wear and tear, or the use of specialist cleaning chemicals requested by the Client. Any claim for damage must be reported in writing within twenty four hours of the service completion.

7. Data and Software

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we use third party operational software managed by prcleaneruk.co.uk to facilitate our scheduling and business management. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your business contact data will be processed through this secure platform to ensure service delivery.

8. Health and Safety

CamClean complies with all relevant UK health and safety legislation. We provide COSHH data sheets for all chemicals used on site. The Client is responsible for informing us of any specific hazards, asbestos presence, or restricted areas within the premises prior to the commencement of work.

9. Complaints

We strive for perfection in every clean. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify our Cambourne office within twenty four hours. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, rectify the issue at no additional cost to the Client.

10. Governing Law

This agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
